6th August 2026
Thame Town Council will meet on Tuesday 11 August at 6:30pm, on the rising of the Planning Committee in the Upper Chamber, at the Town Hall. View the agenda for the Full Council meeting on the website.
The focus of the Full Council meeting is to decide on which contractor to appoint to undertake the main build for the Community & Youth Centre (Project Link). In order to make this important decision, the council will receive a report (this will be published on or before Friday 7th) on the project’s progress over the last 18months, the latest financial scenarios and the recommendation of the Capital Project Delivery Project Team.
At this meeting, the council will also consider the planning application P26/S2778/LB for new equipment on the Town Hall building to facilitate enhanced town centre broadband infrastructure, as presented to Full Council on 23 June.
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. A public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any matter on the agenda. In order to speak at a Council meeting, members of the public must apply in writing to the Town Clerk by 5pm on the day preceding the meeting. View the ‘Have Your Say’ flipbook for further information about having your say at council meetings.
