Travelodge Announces Thame Head Office Recruitment Drive

Travelodge, one of the UK’s largest independent hotel chain’s, which operates 540 hotels, is looking to fill 50 new positions at its head office in Thame, Oxfordshire.

 

Twelve new jobs have been created in Travelodge’s IT department which is growing from strength to strength.  Every week more than a million people visit www.travelodge.co.uk so innovative technology is a key factor in driving the business forward through the development of the company’s customer-facing and internal technology applications. Travelodge is looking to hire IT specialists for the following positions:

 

 

  • IT Business Partner
  • IT Delivery Coordinator
  • Digital Architect
  • Solutions Architect
  • Service Delivery Manager
  • Information Security Analyst
  • Information Security Manager
  • Application Support Team Leader
  • Service & Support Manager
  • Infrastructure Manager

 

In addition, the Travelodge Human Resources team who look after 10,000 colleagues are looking for eight new team members for the following roles:

 

 

  • Employee Relations Advisors
  • Part Time Learning and Development Manager
  • Resourcing Manager FTC 12 months
  • Learning and Development Manager
  • HR Business Partner - South East
  • Learning and Development eLearning Designer

 

The Travelodge Sales department is growing at pace to meet the growing demand from new business customers switching to Travelodge and is looking for experienced sales people for the following positions:

 

 

  • Commercial Manager
  • Group Sales Advisor
  • Lead Business Improvement and Planning Manager
  • Key Account Managers

 

The company’s revenue department is also looking for new people who enjoy spending time analysing trends in the hotel industry and can sell rooms at the right price, at the right time to the right people.

 

The remaining roles are split across the following departments: Procurement, Marketing, Central Operations and Technical Services.

Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others.
