Next Friday and Saturday (13 and 14 October) sees the return of the charter fair in the Upper High Street car park. The fair will arrive at an earlier time this year to set up on Wednesday 11 October so there will be no parking in the area (access only) from 9.00pm until 12.00 noon on Sunday 15 October.
