Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others. We’re aiming to normalise the topic of death, raise acceptance, and help people make the most of their lives by breaking the taboo around mortality.
