In the early hours of this morning, Thame police officers PC Dollery and PC Woolley intercepted a vehicle believed to be involved in illegal drug activity. After detaining the driver for a search under the Misuse of Drugs Act, officers discovered the van was loaded with the contents of a cannabis factory.
The discovery led to a series of house searches conducted by the police Taskforce later in the day. During these operations, officers seized suspected Class A and Class C drugs, further uncovering the scale of the criminal activity.
The male driver has been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and is currently in custody awaiting an interview. Authorities are continuing their investigation into this significant drug operation.
