This event is being held to raise awareness of Little Hearts Matter in memory of Theo who was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome earlier this year. Unfortunately his prenatal diagnosis meant he passed away in March.
His family hope to put on a day where people can enjoy the event and raise awareness of such a rare condition. Everyone is welcome to come along to Thame Skate Park between 12.00pm - 5.00pm this Saturday, 29 July!
Little Hearts Matter is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting and empowering anyone affected by the diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition.
Any donation big or small will be appreciated.
