What we are doing
In November, we will be continuing work on the verge of the newly aligned A418 Oxford Road. Some de-vegetation works will be carried out next to the new road, after it has opened to the public. Specifically,
this will involve removing a tree next to the carriageway to accommodate a utility diversion. It will be necessary to temporarily stop traffic for 10-15 minutes in both directions at certain points during these works. This is for reasons of safety.
On Friday 8 November – 10-15 minute holds on traffic possible between 9:30am-3pm
