From a Pink Lamborghini to a Helicopter: One Simple Question Is Changing What Care Looks Like

24th September 2026

It began at Haddenham Park with Cath, Bailey and a bright pink Lamborghini. Now, that same spirit of adventure has taken to the skies.

What happens when we stop deciding what later life should look like and start asking people what they would love it to become?

At Haddenham Park Care Home & Apartments, it began with one simple question:

“What is your wish?”

Cath, who lives at Haddenham Park, dreamed of experiencing the thrill of a supercar.

So, together with Bailey Greetham-Clark, founder of Be Great Fitness and Majesticare’s first Ambassador, the team decided to make it happen.

Cath believed she was attending a one-to-one fitness session. Instead, a bright pink Lamborghini arrived outside Haddenham Park, ready to take her on an adventure she would never forget.

The excitement, laughter and unmistakable joy of that moment captured everything Majesticare’s Continue Being Me ethos stands for.

But the story did not end when the engine stopped.

It started something.

From Haddenham’s roads to the Herefordshire skies

Cath’s Lamborghini adventure became the launchpad for a bold partnership between Majesticare and Be Great Fitness one built around listening, storytelling and creating experiences that celebrate the person behind the care.

That same question has now travelled from Haddenham Park to its sister home, Cavendish Park in Evesham.

When Bailey asked Sandy what her wish would be, she had an answer ready:

A helicopter ride.

On 22 September, Sandy’s wish became reality when she took to the skies with Bailey from Tiger Helicopters at Shobdon Airfield.

It was the first helicopter flight for both Sandy and Bailey.

The experience was piloted by Tiger Helicopters Director Fred Perry and captured by award-winning Sam Teale Productions, which generously donated its time, filming and photography.

After landing, Sandy said:

“It was amazing! I had such an amazing time and I’d do it again anytime. My favourite part was seeing all the views from the helicopter, and everyone was just so friendly and lovely to me. I absolutely loved it.”

One wish began with the roar of a Lamborghini in Buckinghamshire.

Another took flight above the Herefordshire countryside.

Different people. Different adventures. The same belief:

Life should never become smaller simply because someone moves into care.

This is Continue Being Me

At Majesticare, Continue Being Me means understanding what makes someone who they are.

Not simply what support they need, but what excites them. What they miss. What they have always wanted to try. What makes their eyes light up when they talk about it.

Sometimes that might mean returning to a place filled with memories, reconnecting with a much-loved hobby or sharing a meal with someone special.

Sometimes it means a bright pink Lamborghini.

And sometimes it means taking to the skies.

Lily Patrick, Marketing Manager at Majesticare, said:

“Cath’s adventure at Haddenham Park showed us the power of asking one meaningful question and then having the heart and imagination to act on the answer.

That moment became the beginning of something much bigger. Seeing the same spirit continue with Sandy at Cavendish Park demonstrates that this is not about creating one extraordinary day. It is about creating a culture in which people feel heard, possibilities remain open and adventure never has an age limit.

This is what Continue Being Me looks like. It is personal, joyful, sometimes unexpected and always shaped around the individual.”

Could Haddenham Park be where your next story begins?

For many families, considering care brings an understandable worry:

Will the person I love still be able to live life as themselves?

At Haddenham Park, that question sits at the heart of everything we do.

We do not begin with limitations or expect someone to fit into a predetermined version of care. We begin by getting to know the person.

What matters to them?
What makes them happy?
How do they want their days to feel?
And what stories are they still waiting to begin?

From residential and nursing care to our dedicated Memory Care Community and beautifully designed apartments, Haddenham Park offers reassurance for today with the flexibility to support changing needs in the future.

But care is only part of the story. It is morning coffee in the Café Bistro, afternoons in the garden, a visit to the Rose & Thistle, time spent in the Wellness Spa, laughter with new friends and sometimes, a bright pink Lamborghini arriving outside.

Because true luxury is not simply how a home looks.

It is feeling known.
It is having choices.
It is continuing to do the things you love.
It is knowing that new experiences are still waiting for you.

Cath’s Lamborghini adventure and Sandy’s helicopter flight show what becomes possible when care begins with the person and one meaningful question:

“What is your wish?”

If you are considering care for yourself or someone you love, come and experience Haddenham Park for yourself.

These sessions have no agenda, objectives, or themes, allowing for organic, group-directed conversations about anything related to death, from end-of-life planning to fears and feelings, fostering open sharing in a respectful, confidential space.
