The Thatch in Thame is calling on residents to nominate local heroes who make a positive difference in the community as part of a special Christmas campaign.
The pub is looking to recognise individuals who generously give their time, talents and support to others across Thame.
Residents are encouraged to nominate someone they believe deserves recognition for their contributions to the local community.
Nominations can be submitted by visiting The Thatch and placing the nominee’s name and details of their good deeds into the dedicated Heroes Postbox. Alternatively, nominations can be sent through the pub’s social media channels or by emailing [email protected].
The Thatch will highlight nominated heroes across its social media platforms, celebrating their efforts and contributions to the town.
The deadline for nominations is Thursday 31 December 2026.
All nominated heroes will be entered into a prize draw taking place in January, with one lucky individual set to receive a special thank you in recognition of their contribution to the Thame community.
Visit their reel on Facebook for some further, visual information.
