As leaves fall, it’s a sign that trees are in their dormant season, conserving energy to survive the colder and darker months. It also marks the start of tree planting season!
In the last two years, Oxfordshire County Council have planted over 800 trees on highways land countywide. This planting season, they’re set to double that number with another 800 new street trees!
If you’re interested in having more street trees planted in your local area, you can submit a request to their tree team.
