The Proposal
It is proposed to redevelop the site to provide a new Lidl foodstore with associated car parking enveloping the northern portion of the building.

The remaining floorspace will comprise of warehouse floorspace (448sqm) and ancillary space (221sqm), which will comprise customer toilets, an in-store bakery, staff welfare facilities, ancillary office space and storage / utility space.
The new foodstore will be accessed by the existing access off Aylesbury Road. The proposed development will comprise a total of 130 car parking spaces, including 6 accessible spaces, 9 parent & child spaces, and 2 EV spaces.
There will be separate service area to the east which will be used for deliveries to the Lidl foodstore. The Lidl foodstore would typically receive a maximum of two deliveries per day.
