Join River Thame Conservation Trust on Sunday, 16 August, from 10 am to 1 pm at The Old Fisherman in Shabbington (near Thame) to sketch the River Thame. We'll spend the morning looking closely at the river through drawing, painting and sketching. It's a chance to really get to know this stretch of the river, so it doesn't matter whether you paint every day or haven't picked up a crayon since primary school. Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others.
