Keep Pets Safe During Fireworks

3rd November 2024

Thame skies will light up on Saturday 9 November for the annual Fireworks Display at Chinnor RFC.

Pet owners are reminded that many animals find fireworks scary. Some become frozen with fear, while others might bolt, rear up or charge fences.

The RSPCA has advice for owners of dogs, cats, small pets, and horses on their website.

The local fireworks, organised by the three Thame Primary Schools: St Joseph's, John Hampden, and Barley Hill, will begin at 6.30pm.
