Full Council - 28 July 2026
Thame Town Council will meet on Tuesday 28 July at 6.45pm, on the rising of the Planning Committee in the Upper Chamber, at the Town Hall. Residents are welcome to attend. View the agenda and reports for both the Planning committee meeting and Full Council meeting on the website.
The meeting will begin with Civic Announcements and Mayoral updates.
Planning Application P26/S0179/FUL at Diagnostic Re-agents Ltd, Chinnor Road, Thame will be considered.
Members will consider the draft Strategy for Thame 2050, agree responses to the Community Governance Review - Final Consultation and approve the appointment of a contractor to undertake path resurfacing in Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve using Section 106 funding.
Members will receive a verbal update regarding Project Link.
A verbal update will be provided on the recent announcement relating to the three new unitary councils which will be formed for Oxfordshire and West Berkshire from 1 April 2028.
Risk Management and Code of Corporate Governance policies will be reviewed.
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. A public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any matter on the agenda. In order to speak at a Council meeting, members of the public must apply in writing to the Town Clerk by 5pm on the day preceding the meeting.
