The Town Council’s Corporate Governance Committee will meet on Tuesday 3 November at 6.30pm in the Upper Chamber at Thame Town Hall. Residents are welcome to attend. Full agenda and reports are available on the website.
The meeting will begin with a presentation of the annual report from Rathbones Group, who are the Town Council’s investments management firm.
A financial update on budget summary, balance sheets, embarked reserves, bank reconciliation and payments will be shared. Members will also note any financial overspends against budget line items since the last meeting.

- Investments
- Internal Software / systems
- Utilities
- Community Infrastructure Levy
- Project Link, Thame’s Community & Youth Centre
- Information Management
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. A public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any matter on the agenda. In order to speak at a Council meeting, members of the public must apply in writing to the Town Clerk by 5pm on the day preceding the meeting.
