Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity have welcomed the plan for reopening of non-essential shops from the government and are working to reopen all of their Charity shops on Monday 12th April. This includes the Thame shop which has been closed since March 2020. During the closure the shop has been given a fresh new look and redesigned to help with social distancing.
With the shop closed for such a long period many of the Charity’s volunteers have stepped back and they are in desperate need of new volunteers to be sure they can open the shop from April.
Volunteering offers an opportunity to gain new skills, meet new people, experience something different, as well as giving back to your local community. To find out more, please visit the Charity’s website at www.fnhospice.org.uk/volunteer or email [email protected].
