A vehicle was recovered in the early hours of this morning in Chinnor after officers saw it being driven with no insurance , tax and an expired MOT.
Thames Valley Police South Oxon & VOWH tweeted "Little tip to the driver: next time you run from the car to avoid police officers remember your mobile phone!"
