A tree surgeon working on behalf of the Town Council will be removing deadwood from three horse chestnut trees in Elms Park next week. This is part of planned maintenance work highlighted in the tree survey carried out last year. As Elms Park falls within the Conservation Area, permission for the work has been sought and granted by the District Council Tree Officer.
