There have been 3 vehicle breaks in beauty spots during lunchtime today (31/05).
Between 10am and 1.10pm a vehicle which was parked on Longdown Hill near Cadsden was broken into. Offender(s) smashed a rear window and stole a handbag from inside.
Between 11am and 1.40pm offender(s) smashed the rear windscreen of a car whilst it was parked close to the Phoenix Trail, Lower Icknield Way near Princes Risborough. Items were stolen from the boot of the vehicle.
Between 12.55pm and 1.35pm the driver's side window was smashed on a vehicle whilst it was parked on Chinnor Hill, Chinnor. Offender(s) then stole a hangbag from inside.
Please consider the following when leaving your vehicle:
• Remove everything from your vehicle including removable stereos and sat-navs. Do not leave anything in the glove compartment or on display.
• Close all windows and the sunroof, if you have one.
• Lock your vehicle and use your alarms if you have them.
• If you do see any persons or vehicles acting suspicious in the area then call 101 (non-emergency) and 999 in an emergency.
