Thame nick the 3 points. Great work rate all round in the freezing cold!
Hackett gets two assists today ☑️
Blake on the scoresheet with a header ☑️
Lynn starts at centre back and puts in a first class performance ☑️
Thame score first on 45 minutes when Hackett put in a cross from the right wing. Ashworth finds space in the box and volleys the ball home. There was very little to separate the two sides in the first half.
The second half saw Thame take a two goal lead when Hackett crossed again this time for Blake to head the ball into the back of the net.
A mistake at the back led to the referee awarding a plenty for handball. George stepped up and calmly slotted it home to make it 2-1.
Thame then dug in deep and the work rate from all players was exceptional.
MOM sponsored by Figaro's Barber - Lynn for an incredible performance at centre back today!
