Goals in each half from Dan West & Greg Hackett saw the Red Kites progress in the FA Trophy with a hard fought win against Westbury Utd last night.
With no game for 3 weeks it was always going to be difficult for the players but they coped well with what Westbury had to offer going forward and scored 2 good goals through West ('7) and Hackett ('46).
The clean sheet also a bonus with some excellent defensive work from a side who are looking well-organised and tough to breakdown this season.
The next round will see us host Binfield (who won at Marlow tonight), tie to be played on Saturday 24th September.
