The 9th Thame Town awards produced many deserved winners and highlighted the true brilliance of our Thame community.
Yesterday's awards were hosted by the Mayor of Thame, Linda Emery at Thame Barnes Centre. The people of Thame had voting since March for various people, organisations and groups all around Thame who help their neighbours, support local groups or go out of their way for others in their community.
This year Thame Town Council were looking for people to nominate Thame individuals and groups into the following categories: Lifetime Achievement, Volunteer of the Year, Creative Arts Achievement, Sporting Achievement and Service with a Smile.
This year’s winners were……

Sporting Achievement - Ian Blyth
Service with a Smile - Jason and Joshua Atalay
Volunteer of the Year - Sue Boyle
Lifetime Achievement - Angus Lachlan
