Thame shop changes - Jack and Alice to operate as COLUCO + Thame Fried Chicken and Oxfam

You may have noticed some changes to the shops in Thame Town Centre. On Swan Walk, Thame Fried Chicken opened its doors on 6 March. TFC is managed by Resul Atalay (pictured above) who also runs Thame's award-winning Kebab Van.

Whilst on 26 February, the Mayor opened the redecorated Oxfam Bookshop on Cornmarket.

Jack & Alice wine bars in Thame and Tring have been handed back to their investment company, Splendid Restaurants. Business is open as usual in Thame but will operate as COLUCO (COffee, LUnch, COcktails) with a new menu in operation in due course. A sneak peak of the potential new menu can be found here.

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others. Join this free monthly support group for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Held on the first Monday of every month from 11:00am–12:00pm, the session includes a gentle, physiotherapist-led exercise class for participants with Parkinson's, while caregivers can enjoy coffee, cake and the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.
