Thame Rangers were champions of the South Mids Div 2 at the first attempt, with a dominant display against St Neots town reserves winning 5-2.
Thame wrapped up the league on Saturday in fitting style as they completely outplayed St Neots at Meadow view park, the lads raced into a 4-0 lead by half time with goals from Moses, Coles x 2 and Delderfield. The pick of the first half goals was from Sean Coles an involved 5 players as Thame played some beautiful football before Coles curled the ball into the top corner.
Second half and Thame added one more through Isaac who rounded the keeper and in truth could have added a lot more but with the game done and having played 4 games this week they were a little guilty of easing up and St Neots pulled two late goals back.
However it didn't affect the score or the fact that they have finally done it, a long hard season against some very good sides has seen them come out on top, 3 separate trophies is a credit to everyone involved.
Thame have 2 games to go against Aston Tuesday night and against Enfield on the Saturday where they will be presented with the league title trophy.
