You may have heard the rumours, and now we can confirm them!
Thame Hub can exclusively reveal that Jack and Alice is coming to Thame.
Jack and Alice is a wine bar and pantry which is open daily for coffee and breakfast and as the day drifts into the night, the lights go down and you can crack open a bottle of wine from their extensive cellar collection. To compliment these great wines Jack and Alice also provide an assortment of meats, cheeses and chocolate.
Jack and Alice are currently based in two locations, Gerrards Cross and Tring, with Thame being the third acquisition to the Jack and Alice Brand.
We've got no official word on the date of opening yet, but planning permission has been granted and the lease has been signed. Work will begin on the site in the next 10 days which hopefully means everything will be in place for an opening towards the end of November.
Thame's new wine bar and pantry will be based in the building that Topsport used to occupy in the Buttermarket.
Thame Hub caught up with Jack and Alice founders Mark and Vanessa Hall who are delighted and excited to be coming to Thame. They had the following to say:
" Thame is a wonderful, vibrant Market town, perfect for Jack & Alice which is an independent business, sourcing local produce and actively involved in the community.
We are open all day and look forward to welcoming you either for coffee, brunch, lunch or a glass of wine and evening dinner. Our own label house wines were blended with Jack & Alice in mind, full of character and best to enjoy amongst friends!"
