Thame Based Fox Films Named Regional Finalist at The Wedding Industry Awards

21st November 2025

Fox Films, an independent wedding videography business founded by filmmaker JamesvFox, has been shortlisted as a Regional Finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA) 2026. The regional results will be revealed on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, with winners progressing to the prestigious National Awards in Liverpool early next year.

Based in Thame and working across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, Buckinghamshire, and destinations across the UK and abroad, Fox Films has steadily built a reputation for natural, unobtrusive wedding storytelling. James, the creative behind the brand, focuses on capturing “real moments and real reactions” without staged setups or forced posing.

This year’s shortlisting adds to Fox Films’ growing list of recognitions. The company previously won TWIA’s Best Newcomer award and later received a Highly Commended accolade in the wedding videography category. James says the latest nomination feels particularly meaningful after a year of working with “incredible couples” and documenting “emotional, chaotic, hilarious, unforgettable days.”

“What started as a passion for honest storytelling has grown into a full calendar of weddings,” James said. “Being shortlisted again is a reminder that the work — the late nights, the edits, the travel — is all worth it. The fact that these awards are voted for by the couples I’ve filmed means more than anything.”

Fox Films’ approach has resonated with clients who value candid coverage over traditional, posed videography. The business continues to expand, with James travelling widely to document celebrations across the UK and internationally.

As the regional final approaches, James says he is proud to stand alongside other talented videographers in the category. “Whether I take home the regional title or not, being recognised again is something I’m genuinely grateful for.”
