Thame based, CPM UK Jobs launches ‘#NotYourEverydayCareer’ campaign

CPM, a local field sales agency based in Thame sources bright new talent to fill employment positions with the biggest names in business. From Mars Wrigley, Sky, ASDA, Bentley and Diageo, they offer a wide range of exciting career opportunities across a broad spectrum of industries.

This summer, CPM UK Jobs launches a new campaign #NotYourEverydayCareer to promote their new careers website cpmjobs.co.uk as they continue to prove their commitment to recruiting the best talent.

For those that are looking for a new career challenge, then the CPM Jobs’ website is a great place to start. Launched just this month, it’s a bright and engaging hub of activity that advertises their latest roles across the UK.

The new website offers a fantastic user experience with intuitive navigation, smooth functionality and mobile responsive. There’s a fresh look and feel on the site and the clear and helpful information encourages visitors to take the next step in their career journey with CPM. It’s now easy for candidates to find new roles as they can simply create online application accounts, keep up to date with news and even schedule interviews.

New personalised job alerts will let candidates know when relevant opportunities become available and the new and improved search functionality gives users the freedom to search for roles by keywords or by sectors that include office, contact centre, permanent, part-time and flexible field vacancies.

A social media campaign is being launched with a signature hashtag to amplify the brand’s ethos #NotYourEverydayCareer. This will run across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn with a mix of creative content through paid and organic activity.

Amanda Smith, Head of Talent Acquisition for CPM UK Jobs says, “We’re thrilled to launch our new website and #NotYourEverydayCareer campaign. CPM has over 80 years in the business and our team is 100% committed to attracting world-class talent.” Referencing an official report released in June 2018 from the Government, Amanda goes on to say, “We’re delighted to see that today Britain has a joint record high employment rate of 75.6% with 32.39 million people now in work and we’re proud, that in some small way, to be a part of that.”
