Are you 16 or 17, in year 11 or 12 and want to combine a full time Education programme with Football Training and competitive matches?
The Thame Football Academy will be hosting brand new trials for the 2018/19 academic year at Easter on the 4th April 2018, starting at 11:00am.
The trials are open to all players aged 16 and 17 who have a keen interest in Sports Education and a career pathway in sports and want to develop their games through professional coaching by UEFA A and B licensed coaches.
The programme is a 2 year, full time academic programme that is designed specifically for learners to understand the principles of sports development, how the body reacts to training and exercise and to learn how to plan and prepare programmes of work for individuals and groups of all standards.
In addition to this the learners will have access to the pathways into university degrees, coaching and educating both in this country and abroad, understanding the principles of child and adult development, how to develop your own business in Sport, and not forgetting applying this to your own development as a player and coach.
