Stonor are offering a “recruit now, pay later” deal for new and existing clients

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Stonor are still recruiting for companies across the Marketing & Legal sectors. They have taken precautions to ensure their clients, candidates and staff are kept safe. Interviews are taking place via various video platforms, allowing clients to continue their hiring process. They are still contactable by email, LinkedIn or phone.

Stonor are offering all new and existing clients the option to “recruit now, pay later” the full terms of which can be found here, essentially if you’re considering hiring but worried about the associated recruitment costs, they're providing peace of mind by only invoicing once the candidate has completed 3 months in the role.

As an example of how this will work, if you were to hire someone that started on the 1st July, you would only receive the invoice on 1st October.

In this way, they hope they can enable their clients to not only continue with their essential hiring plans, but to maximize the opportunities that the changing recruitment market can offer.
