Bedworth United 2
(Khallem Bailey-Nicholls 15 and Alexander Troke 73)
Attendance - 77
Sadly a comeback was not meant to be.
A spirited second half performance was not enough in this one. Thame will rue the missed chances near the end.
Bedworth's Bailey-Nicholls dominated the first half and scored the opening goal following a mistake by Murray. He was able to dribble towards goal and put the ball past Hill.
Thame's Lynn was adjudged to have fouled in the box. The resulting penalty by Troke was put to the left of Hill.
Thame scored a late goal whereby Crane parries the ball from an Essex shot into the path of Gledhill.
Thame will need to pick themselves up quickly as there is a FA Cup replay away to Leighton Town on Tuesday evening.
