Chinnor Rugby Club: Saturday Shop Volunteer Sought

Would you be willing to volunteer your time in Chinnor Rugby Club's new look club shop?

Chinnor Rugby Club are looking for a volunteer for their new look club shop. With their clubhouse extension progressing well, they will soon have a new venue for the club shop. Which they are hoping to kit out during August ready for the start of the season.

They are looking for a volunteer or two to join the shop team and help the club provide a great service to members and to visitors! Specifically looking to open the shop on Saturdays when the 1st XV are playing at home, so if you could commit to some or all of the 15 home games, they would like to hear from you!

You may have retail experience or simply be interested in helping the club. The most important qualities they are looking for are a willingness to help people and a cheery outlook! Duties would include chatting to people, re-stocking the shelves, taking orders / payments and generally making the shop a destination. They would welcome your suggestions for items to stock and improve the service we offer.

Chinnor Rugby Club have grand plans for the club shop (including going on-line) and are looking for help to deliver these improvements. In return for your time, you will become part of the club’s trading team – a mix of volunteers and staff who manage and run the clubhouse during the week and at the weekends. We are a friendly bunch and always looking for new helpers.
