Friday 13th March; 20:00 – 06:00Hrs:

• Upper High St closed between Park St/East St roundabout and High Street Car Park.

• Park Street closed between East St/Upper High St roundabout and Victoria Ave.

• East Street will remain open as far as the Park St/Upper High St roundabout, with access via Wellington St.

• Intention is to fully complete the resurfacing to Upper High Street and approximately half the area agreed on Park Street.

Friday 27th March; 20:00 – 06:00Hrs (2 weeks’ time):

• Upper High St closed between Park St/East St roundabout and High Street Car Park.

• Park Street closed between East St/Upper High St roundabout and Victoria Ave.

• East Street closed between Park St/Upper High St roundabout and Wellington St.

• Intention is to complete the remaining section in Park Street and the entirety of East Street.

Both Shifts:

• Access to the BP garage at the southern end of Park Street will be maintained throughout the works via either the Chinnor Road or Thame Park Road.

• Access to the town centre car park at the southern end of the Upper High Street will be maintained throughout the works via the North Street / Cornmarket mini roundabout.

• This re-programming avoids the Monday nights and market day as requested, whilst minimising the effect on the rest of the resurfacing program.

You are warmly invited to attend Death Cafe in Thame. at 7:30pm in room 1 of the Barns Centre, and held on the third Thursday of each month thereafter A Death Cafe is an informal gathering where people can discuss death over tea and cake. We’re aiming to normalise the topic of death, raise acceptance, and help people make the most of their lives by breaking the taboo around mortality. Death Cafe is run on a not-for-profit basis but if you are able to make…
