The Council has been notified of Buckinghamshire Council planning application CM/0022/22 for an anaerobic digestion facility on land south east of Hornage Farm, Bicester Road, Chilton. As the site lies outside the parish boundary, Thame Town Council’s comments are limited, but had previously raised concerns about the impact of increased traffic on the narrow local road network and suggested improvements to highway design, maintenance and speed limits, subject to County Highways approval.
Members of the public are welcome at all meetings. A public participation period is set aside at the start of each meeting in which the public may ask questions or make comments regarding any matter. In order to speak at a Council meeting, members of the public must apply in writing to the Town Clerk by 5pm on the working day preceding the meeting.
