Join this free monthly support group for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Held on the first Monday of every month from 11:00am–12:00pm, the session includes a gentle, physiotherapist-led exercise class for participants with Parkinson's, while caregivers can enjoy coffee, cake and the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. You are warmly invited to attend Death Cafe in Thame. at 7:30pm in room 1 of the Barns Centre, and held on the third Thursday of each month thereafter A Death Cafe is an informal gathering where people can discuss death over tea and cake. We’re aiming to normalise the topic of death, raise acceptance, and help people make the most of their lives by breaking the taboo around mortality. It is not a grief support group or counselling session. These sessions have no agenda, objectives, or themes, allowing for organic, group-directed conversations about anything related to death, from end-of-life planning to fears and feelings, fostering open sharing in a respectful, confidential space.
