A great evening was had last week at the Mayor’s Quiz which was held at
the Snooker Club in aid of Lord Williams’s School Young Carers ,raising
£355.00. Our grateful thanks go to the amazing quiz masters, Sue
Boyle, Peter Lambert and Brian West, the Snooker Club for hosting the event and
the Black Horse for their sponsorship.
The Wild Geese (pictured with Cllr Ann Midwinter) were the winners (again!)
with 138 and the three teams in second place with 123 points were The Mayor and
the Hares, Mayor As Well Give Up and Thame Puddle Martyrs.
