Coronavirus (Covid-19) - Update 7
The staff absence rate went up considerably today and I regret to inform you that we have made the very difficult decision to close the school to ALL years groups tomorrow, Thursday 19th March, until further notice.
We note today's government announcement regarding schooling for the children of key workers and those who are vulnerable and will issue information on this as soon as possible.
I have asked staff to start loading lesson resources onto Show My Homework for students to be able to study from home. Could I please ask you to be patient as we transfer to this new method of teaching? All students who were in school today have been shown a presentation about working effectively from home. I am sorry if this causes you difficulties with regards to childcare but we have no other option in these circumstances.
