Local life coach Roo Davies helping people create lives they love with morning workshop

Roo's Create a Life you Love Workshop on Friday 26th April, 10am-1pm at The College Farm, Long Crendon, will see her share her framework to help delegates master creating change in their lives and build a positive and resilient mindset.

Through short seminars and practical break-out sessions, Roo guides the group in identifying and understanding their personal values, teaches techniques to avoid self-sabotage and imposter syndrome as well as boost self-belief and confidence whilst sharing how to make changes that last a lifetime rather than a few days or weeks.

Roo explains, "People leave my workshop inspired and motivated to live rather than exist. Using their new found knowledge and mini 'life toolkit' they feel empowered and equipped to start making changes. By limiting the number of delegates gives me the opportunity to talk with everyone indivdually. There is no forced participation or group exercises as it's important to me that everyone feels relaxed and comfortable - the unlimited tea and cake is always appreciated too!"

Delegates claim the workshop to be a 'game changer', transforming their mindset. Lauren claims “I have come away feeling motivated to go and achieve my goals by creating smaller, more realistic steps. Roo has been amazing at making me feel like I can!” with Tais saying “I would totally recommend this workshop as it gives practical tools to make consistent changes for what we want in our lives. It can be applied to any area of life. The event had a great flow, the location is beautiful and I loved Roo!”

A workshop ticket costs £65 and can be purchased from Roo's website. www.yourlifejourney.co.uk/workshops

Award winning Mindset and Life Coach, Roo Davies, is passionate about empowering people to thrive rather than simply survive in both their professional and personal lives. She works one to one with individuals and delivers workshops sharing her proven framework supporting people to create sustainable change and a positive mindset.

Roo became a Coach after a series of events left her feeling like the rug had been pulled from under her. Key areas of her life had changed which led to a period of uncertainty. Over time she regained control and shaped her next happier chapter.

This personal experience and coaching expertise enable Roo to provide effective support for her clients to create a life that they love. She feels privileged to be invited along onto her client’s journeys where together they explore their situation, their aspirations, where they want to get to and ultimately help them get there.
