Would you know what to do if a terror attack happened around you? Free Session!

Would you know what to do if a terror attack happened around you?

If not James Virdi Self Defence are holding a FREE course this evening on what to do if the worst should happen.

Jamie Said: " I'm very passionate about people's personal safety , and think it's time to take a stand and make a difference, Tuesday 6th June will be a FREE  lesson to every one who can attend, on what you should do if you're caught up in a terror attack. It is virtually impossible to protect every one, so you have to look at the next best thing, which is making people more aware, and giving an insight as to what might happen, and what you should be doing to stay safe. The free course will be 19:30 to 20:30 at  Racquets Fitness Centre Thame. This is for all the victims in Manchester and London and there families that are suffering from these cowardly attacks."
