It's the final countdown for entries to the 2023 CPM Thame 10k.
At midday today (Wednesday) we close the book and look forward to Sunday's race. At the time of this post we have just over 800 participants for what is sure to be another memorable Thame 10k.
Runners and spectators arriving on the field will be diverted to the other side of the normal entrance to due to building work.
Please plan to arrive in plenty of time to collect your race number, have a suitable warm up and be in the starting funnel for the prompt 9.00 a.m start.
Don't forget that drinks and snacks will be available, provided by our good friends from the Thames Valley Air Ambulance before, during and after the race.
The weather looks set fair and not too warm for the start, but the Mercury will be rising during the morning, but certainly no need for an umbrella!
