The floral baskets and bedding plants around the town are looking beautiful and being red, white and blue a lovely acknowledgement of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. However, in line with the recent hosepipe ban the Town Council will no longer be watering the floral baskets and bedding plants. We hope that natural rainfall over the next couple of months will be enough to sustain the planting for as long as practically possible.
