Help to buy homes set in Chiltern countryside coming soon

Bellway is proud to announce the launch of Oak Hill Park, a collection of 120 elegant new homes situated in one of the country’s most picturesque beauty spots, in the popular village of Chinnor, Oxfordshire.  Nestled at the bottom of the Chiltern Hills, the select development offers the benefits of country living, on the doorstep of the nation’s capital, just an hour from London. Breathtaking views and flourishing wildlife make Oak Hill Park a unique development which will provide an idyllic lifestyle for its residents.

In keeping with the scenic backdrop, the homes are surrounded by generous green boulevards that also run through the development.  Bellway has catered for a wide audience of prospective purchasers, with homes created for families, downsizers and first-time buyers.  Built to a high specification the one, two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, all available with Help to Buy, boast excellent design features, desirable open plan living spaces, stylish fittings and either a garage or off-street parking.

Rolling hills, acres of woodland and magnificent views mean the Chiltern Hills are a haven for walkers, cyclists and those who enjoy the plethora of benefits that country living provides. Also, home to quintessentially English pubs, Michelin-starred restaurant The Sir Charles Napier and a range of local amenities, Chinnor itself enjoys a vibrant community spirit, access to highly regarded primary schools and an array of further education opportunities for older students.

Steve Garton, Sales Director at Bellway Thames Valley comments: “Rightfully designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s hard to believe Chinnor is so close to London.  A flagship development for Bellway Thames Valley, Oak Hill Park reflects the needs of today’s home buyers. We are confident that the wonderful perks of rural life coupled with the benefits of living in an affordable modern home will attract strong interest, so anyone keen to find out more is advised to register their interest early.”

Commuters living at Oak Hill Park will benefit from excellent road and transport links, with the M40 just 5 minutes away providing access to Oxford, Reading and the M25.

Prices at Oak Hill park start from £399,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and go up to £820,000 for a five-bedroom house. For further information, please visit www.bellway.co.uk or call 0118 996 1002.
