The RAF Halton Voluntary Band is set to bring festive cheer to Thame with A Christmas Celebration, a special concert taking place on Monday, 2 December, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at St Mary’s Church, Thame.
The evening promises a heartwarming mix of music, featuring both original and arranged works for band. Audiences can look forward to an exciting performance of Queen Symphony alongside a selection of much-loved Christmas favourites. To add to the seasonal spirit, there will also be community carols, inviting everyone to join in the celebration.
Admission to the concert is free, though a retiring collection will be held in aid of the Thame Royal British Legion Branch, supporting veterans and their families.
The band will appear by the kind permission of the Station Commander at RAF Halton, with support from Thame Town Council.
This promises to be a joyful evening of music and community togetherness — a perfect way to start the festive season in Thame.
