Fed-up Wenman Road residents are calling for action to tackle the speeding motorists along the road.
Thame Hub spoke to one resident who explained that they have repeatedly complained to the Police, Council and Bellway Housing Developers but nobody is prepared to do anything about the drivers consistently driving at speeds in excess of the 30MPH speed limit.
The resident said: “For those of us living along the road, instead of being by a tree lined boulevard, we are living alongside what is basically a ring road with no restrictions. The speeding vehicles are 24/7, with what sounds as racing more commonly at night. In the early hours the heavy goods vehicles speed, many of the properties are experiencing vibration and shaking.
"No one seems to be able to address this effectively, despite it being glaringly obvious and fairly constant."
