Most of us at some time or other want to get more out of our lives – and life coaching can help that to become a reality.
Thame-based life coach, Roo Davies, is hosting an open evening to talk about what life coaching is all about and describe why and how people can benefit from the process – sometimes leading to transformative changes. During the evening Roo will explain her unique ‘Coaching Umbrella’ technique and how it helps her clients to can make sustainable change happen.
This free event is informal, so you can choose to stay for the duration or drop in. There will be a brief presentation at 7:30pm followed by a Q&A session and plenty of opportunities to chat one to one but with no obligation.
Roo says, “People have often worked with a coach, may be a sports coach, a career or performance coach or a personal trainer but most aren’t familiar with how a life coach works and the benefits that it can bring. This is why I’d love people to come along to meet me and learn why people who are coached, believe it has a lasting, powerful impact on their lives.” She continues, “According to the International Coaching Federation Study in 2016, 80% of people who work with a life coach improved their self-confidence, 73% improved their relationships, 72% improved their communication skills and 67% improved their work-life balance. The benefits really do speak for themselves.”
Roo is passionate about helping to empower people to live the life that they want to live. She understands how change can impact a person’s life whether they are making that change happen or change is taking place around them. She provides her clients with a compassionate, safe and confidential space to explore their current situation, look at where they are heading to and ultimately live a happier life of which they are in control and feel confident.
