About Thame Food Festival 2024

Love food…wine…music…not to mention fun? Then join us at the Thame Food Festival on the 28th September to the 29th September 2024.

Festival opening times: Saturday from 10.00am – 6.00pm, and Sunday from 10.00am – 5.00pm

Aside from the wonderful Artisan Producers, Street Food Stalls and obviously yummy foodie sampling, there will be Celebrity Chef Demonstrations galore, the Masterclass/Interview Stage, Food Glorious Food Marquee, Pop-up Pub, Children’s Activities, Live Music, Circus Workshops, Fun Dog Show, Humble Country Shopping Marquee, and our fabulous Interactive Festival Village.

Please note. The Thame Food Festival is fully committed to safeguarding children, and as such all children must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children will not be granted entry to the Food Festival.

Please Note. FAMILY Tickets are not available on the gate. They can only be purchased online.

The cost of admission is the fee for entry. This helps us cover costs such as: hire charges for the venue, set-up, celebrity chefs, presenters, staff and music entertainment. There are also costs for waste, insurance, first aid, security, marquees and loos.

Cooking Lessons for Children

At this year’s Thame Food Festival, we are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for your little ones to dive into the delightful world of cooking alongside Mrs Bun the Baker herself. With a variety of sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels, there’s something for every aspiring chef.

So, why wait? Join us in creating magical moments in the kitchen, where every recipe is a new adventure and every creation is a step toward becoming a confident and passionate food enthusiast.

£5 per child

All children must be accompanied by an adult 18+

Children must be 3+ years old

There will be 10-12 children in each class

Whilst there is a small charge for children, adults that have purchased a festival ticket accompanying a child can watch for free.

We anticipate high demand this year and advise parents to book places in advance.

Thame, Oxfordshire, is set to host its inaugural Pride Festival on Saturday, 21st June 2025. This free event aims to celebrate inclusivity and diversity within Thame and its surrounding communities.
