Long Crendon School PTA will hold its annual Fireworks Display on the school fields (map).

This year we’ve got a truly fabulous event planned for you! Thanks to sponsorship from Rectory Homes, Landmark Garden Design & Construction and K & A Scaffolding. We have another award-winning display from the Star Fireworks team (the same team behind TV’s ‘Big Brother Live Final’ fireworks, no less!)

And that’s not all – to make it a night to remember for all the family there will be:

  • Fish and chips from Howe & Co
  • Sweet Shop
  • Fat Buddha Thai noodles and curry from The Churchill Arms
  • Hot Dogs, Burgers and Pulled Pork from Barbarian Grill
  • Doughnuts from Oh So Dough!
  • PTA Bar serving local XT Beer, warming mulled wine and a selection of drinks

So tell your friends and family in Long Crendon, Thame and the surrounding areas to come along and join in the fun.

We aim to set off the fireworks at around 6pm. Gates open at 4.45pm, arrive early to be sure not to miss them! Settle in with some delicious food, a mulled wine and a great view!

Please do not bring sparklers

Parking is free on the roads surrounding the school. Disabled parking only on school grounds. We ask that you respect our neighbours and don’t block any driveways!

Please don’t bring your dog, even if they’re used to fireworks.

What if the weather’s bad?

Check this website or our Facebook page on Saturday afternoon for any updates, but only very strong winds, blowing in the wrong direction, could potentially faze the STAR crew, so assume the event will go ahead – even if it’s raining. Bring umbrellas, wrap up warm, and embrace our exciting November weather!

The event is kindly being sponsored by Rectory Homes, Landmark Garden Design & Construction and K & A Scaffolding.
