Joseph and Grace are running Marathon des Sables in April, which is a race comprising over 250km in 6 days in the Sahara Desert. They are doing this for the charity Walk Once More – the spinal injury charity.

As part of their training they are running “Sunday Rundays” – an initiative to help spread the words of their adventure and the charity and help raise awareness.

Sunday Runday is a “fun” easy paced 5km run open to all. With a “more the merrier” vibe and a strict “no runner gets left behind” rule.

  • Free charity t-shirt for all runners

  • Raise money and awareness
  • A healthy Sunday run for all
