Chinnor RFC Thame to raise funds for Oxford University Hospitals

Chinnor RFC Thame are pleased to be holding the second Lauren Cyster Megabowl Trophy game next week.

Chinnor will take on the RAF at Kingsey Road on Wednesday, March 11 at 7.30pm.

It is all set to be an enthralling memorial fixture which is raising funds for the Oncology Ward at the Churchill Hospital which provided exceptional care for our head physio Lauren during 2018.

They will be collecting donations on the gate, while food and drink will be available.

Haddenham Park Care Home: Stroke UK Meet & Move
Join the Stroke UK Meet & Move monthly support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Hosted as part of the Stroke Association support network, each session offers helpful information, resources, and a welcoming community. Stroke survivors can take part in a 45–60 minute exercise class led by a qualified instructor, while caregivers can enjoy coffee and social time in the piano lounge and connect with others. When: Last Tuesday of every month, 11:00am–12:00pm (starting 28 July 2026)Where: Haddenham Park Care Home & Apartments, Tibbs Road, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8FH A supportive space to stay active, share experiences, and meet others affected by stroke.

Join this free monthly support group for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Held on the first Monday of every month from 11:00am–12:00pm, the session includes a gentle, physiotherapist-led exercise class for participants with Parkinson's, while caregivers can enjoy coffee, cake and the opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.
