Please see the below from Barley Hill School PTFA:
We are very sad to report that Barley Hill school was broken into during the early hours of Saturday morning.
To our knowledge they entered via Denbigh Road and were on school grounds from 11.50pm to 1am approx. potentially leaving via towards the Cattlemarket.
We are appealing for CCTV or doorbell footage to be checked and anything that might help be brought to the attention of the school.
As you can imagine we are absolutely devastated. All the children iPads were taken and areas of our school have been ransacked.
Is there any chance you could share this information with the members of Lea Park Residents.
Any assistance to find the perpetrators would be most gratefully received.
We are obviously hoping we can get our stolen iPads and other equipment replaced quickly. In the meantime if anyone would like to donate over the summer you can give via PayPal donate.
