Please see the below update from 21st Century Thame:
We will be running a drop-in tree planting session for childminders to come by on Tuesday 17th March - please arrive any time to suit you between 0945 and 11 (wrap-up at 1130). We will be at Lenthall Green hedges (access via pathway from Cromwell Avenue, Tichborne, Langdale Road or Montrose Way) We will have several volunteers on hand to help your group of children to plant.
We will have our famous 
Tree Shortbread and 
Tree Storytime. (These are home baked and contain butter - please bring a suitable snack along for children with allergies or who are vegan). You don't need to bring anything else except please bring gloves for the children that they don't mind getting mucky and the same for clothing. Wellies are ideal if they have them so they can 'tuck in' the trees with soil using their feet after planting, but don't worry if not.
Drop us a message if you hope to come so we can get our shortbread baking amounts right! FB, IG or please email us on [email protected] and keep an eye on spam as our mail comes back from a different address.
If you are a parent and would like to come, drop us a message and if there is space after childminders have had time to sign up, we will let you know. We will also be doing a weekend drop-in planting session for families on 14th so sign up to our page to keep an eye out for that.
